RED WING, Minn. – Gatlin Learning, Inc. has partnered with the Minnesota State College Southeast Technical Department of Custom Training and Education to host a Web site for The eLearning Center, a comprehensive resource of online continuing and business education courses. The eLearning Center recently released Phase II, a package of upgrades that included increasing the course offerings to more than 5,000.
